Diana Starr - Founder & Chairman

Diana is the Founder and Chairman of United Doctors of America, Inc., co-founder of Doctors for America First and a nationally recognized advocate for medical integrity, constitutional values, and whole-human wellness. Guided by faith, patriotism, and a deep devotion to the United States Constitution, she is committed to restoring trust, ethics, and accountability in American healthcare.


A former political strategist, Diana brings decades of leadership across public health policy, mental health advocacy, veterans’ support, and civic engagement. She is widely respected for her ability to unite physicians, policymakers, veterans, faith leaders, and grassroots citizens into purposeful national action—bridging institutions and communities around shared principles of service, transparency, and patient-centered care.


Diana serves as an Ambassador for Veterans for America First and Veterans for Trump, and collaborates with aligned initiatives across the healthcare, civic, and advocacy landscape. She is also a citizen journalist and former television co-host, contributing constitutional commentary and public-affairs insight to national conversations.


Her work has helped shape major national initiatives, including the Golden Age 250th Anniversary Collaborative Vision, reflecting her belief that America’s renewal is rooted in civic responsibility, ethical leadership, and active citizenship.

Jacqueline Capriotti - Executive Director of Government & Public Affairs Senior Liaison to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer

Jacqueline is a strategist, writer, and lifelong health advocate with more than fifteen years of experience advancing patient-centered reform across complex healthcare systems. She is the co-founder of Doctors for America First, alongside Diana Starr, and the Foundation for Childhood Pancreatitis, and previously served as a New Jersey Chapter Board Member of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. She currently serves on the Patient and Family Advisory Council at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, bringing lived patient and caregiver experience directly into institutional improvement.

As the mother of two young adults living with cystic fibrosis, diabetes, chronic pancreatitis, and dysautonomia, Jacqueline brings firsthand insight to her work advocating for ethical medicine, advancements in antimicrobial resistance (AMR) and rare disease research, Patient-Centered Health Data Reform, informed consent, and patient dignity.

Her work also extends into community-based wellness and prevention initiatives, focused on strengthening food systems, patient education, and trust between healthcare providers and the communities they serve—complementing, not replacing, evidence-based medical care.

Jacqueline served on the presidential campaign team of Robert F. Kennedy Jr., now Secretary of Health and Human Services, as National Director for Healthcare Reform and Outreach for Team Kennedy Health Revolution USA, as well as Farmers for Kennedy, helping bridge public health policy, agriculture, and patient-centered reform.

Victoria Lane - Executive Secretary

Victoria “Vickie” brings decades of experience in education and healthcare, including service as Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer at Southwest Florida’s largest health system and work within a major clinical trials facility. After retiring early to care for her husband during his battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia, she gained firsthand insight into patient advocacy, informed decision-making, and the realities of navigating an insurance-driven healthcare system.

Natasha Fuksina M.D. - Executive Director of Intergrative Medical Affairs

Dr. Natasha Fuksina is a board-certified internal medicine physician with over two decades of clinical experience, specializing in Integrative and Functional Internal Medicine. Based in Morris County, New Jersey, she is widely respected for her patient-centered, preventive approach to care—focused on identifying root causes of illness and restoring long-term health and functionality.

Dr. Fuksina combines advanced diagnostic testing with evidence-informed, individualized treatment strategies to address each patient’s unique biology, metabolism, and health goals. Her clinical work integrates state-of-the-art biomedical evaluation with customized therapeutic options, including hormone optimization, peptide therapies, IV therapies, medical weight management utilizing GLP-1 therapies, and comprehensive lifestyle interventions. This holistic yet rigorous approach allows her to develop personalized wellness plans that emphasize prevention, sustainability, and measurable outcomes.

A hallmark of Dr. Fuksina’s practice is her commitment to accessibility and inclusivity. Fluent in English, Russian, Spanish, and Italian, she provides culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations and is a passionate advocate for equitable access to integrative and preventive medicine. Her multilingual proficiency enables deeper physician–patient relationships and more effective communication across communities.

Dr. Fuksina earned her medical degree from Albany Medical College and completed her residency at Rutgers Health/New Jersey Medical School. Throughout her career, she has emphasized the importance of weight management, metabolic health, and lifestyle modification as foundational pillars of overall well-being.

As Executive Director of Medical Affairs for The United Doctors of America (UDA), Dr. Fuksina provides clinical leadership and strategic guidance across the organization’s educational and professional initiatives. Her role focuses on upholding high standards of medical integrity, advancing preventive and patient-centered models of care, and supporting physicians in restoring trust, autonomy, and humanity within modern healthcare.

Tony Wheatley - Executive Director of Constitutional Affairs

Tony is a dedicated constitutional leader and public-affairs professional with a strong foundation in constitutional studies, finance, and civic education. He brings a disciplined work ethic, collaborative leadership style, and a deep commitment to principled governance and constitutional literacy.

Tony serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Constitutional Kentucky and Conservatives Today Magazine, where his work focuses on advancing constitutional understanding, encouraging independent thought, and fostering informed civic engagement. He is widely respected for motivating students and emerging leaders to think critically, engage respectfully, and participate meaningfully in public life.

A graduate of Eastern Kentucky University, Tony is currently continuing his studies at Liberty University, with additional academic engagement through Hillsdale College. His academic and professional pursuits reflect a lifelong commitment to constitutional principles, leadership development, and service-oriented impact.

Beyond his professional work, Tony is a devoted husband and father to five adopted daughters and three biological sons, grounding his public service in family values, responsibility, and future-generation stewardship. In his role with UDA, Tony works to ensure constitutional integrity, civic responsibility, and ethical governance remain central to healthcare policy and public discourse.

Kristi Cortezano-Smith CDCFC, CEIC - Executive Assistant to CEO

Kristi is a nationally recognized wealth advisor, investor, and serial entrepreneur with experience spanning executive leadership, nonprofit innovation, and financial strategy. A two-time Athena Award nominee and 40 Under 40 honoree, she is also a national speaker and advocate against human trafficking and domestic violence. Kristi serves on multiple boards and has contributed to legislative efforts in Indiana supporting victim aftercare, with a focus on empowerment, generational wealth, and creating high-impact opportunities for the next generation.

Dr. Chrysandra Brunson, PhD

Dr. Chrysandra Brunson, PhD, MBA is an accomplished strategic leader, international entrepreneur, and humanitarian with over 18 years of experience advancing mission-driven organizations through faith-centered leadership, community engagement, and systems-level strategy. She currently serves as Founder and President of The Calling, a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering individuals to live out their God-given purpose through leadership development, collaboration, and service.

Dr. Brunson is internationally recognized for her role as Ms. International World – Ms. Monaco, as well as Miss Colorado’s Choice for Miss America, platforms through which she has championed global awareness, humanitarian advocacy, and values-based leadership. Her work consistently transcends traditional titles, focusing instead on character, service, and the power of influence used for good.

With academic credentials including a PhD in Strategic Leadership and an MBA, Dr. Brunson brings disciplined strategic insight to complex organizational environments. Her expertise spans nonprofit governance, executive leadership, public speaking, global media engagement, and partnership development. She has led and contributed to conferences, cross-sector collaborations, and initiatives designed to inspire action and foster meaningful, purpose-driven impact.

Krisdee Clark - Senior Executive Ambassador & National Spokesperson

Krisdee is a nationally recognized speaker, emcee, and women’s healthcare advocate, as well as Mrs. American 2022. A breast cancer survivor, military wife, and award-winning leader, she brings energy, resilience, and authenticity to every platform she serves. From national stages to policy-focused events, Krisdee connects with audiences through her personal story and her ability to inspire empowerment, advocacy, and meaningful transformation.

Jan Starr-Maciulski - Executive Director of Education, Nursing & Regulatory Affairs

Jan is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a Doctorate degree and more than 50 years of service in the nursing profession. Her extensive educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing, a Master of Science (MS) in Counseling Education Psychology with a focus on Family and Child Development, a Doctorate (DD), and multiple healthcare certifications.

Jan’s work centers on holistic therapeutic approaches that support the mind–body–spirit connection, integrating health and nutrition to promote overall well-being. Her practice focuses on reducing stress, addressing grief and trauma, and supporting emotional and psychological resilience, complementing evidence-based care and long-term wellness.

Rose Hong - Executive Director of Media

Rose Hong is a distinguished media executive with more than three decades of experience in international business and federal government service. She is a published author, acclaimed television producer, and host, widely recognized for her leadership in global media and cross-cultural storytelling.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Global Dragon TV, where she has produced and hosted hundreds of television episodes broadcast in both the United States and China. Rose is also the founder of the Global Humanities Foundation, dedicated to advancing innovation and creativity across science, technology, arts, and education to enhance the human condition.

In addition, Rose founded the Global Wellness Plan, an initiative integrating emerging technologies with preventive and holistic approaches to support physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being worldwide. Her career reflects a rare blend of media leadership, humanitarian commitment, and global impact, making her a vital voice in UDA’s public-facing communications and outreach.

April Robinson

 April Robinson is a legislative advocate with A Voice for Choice Advocacy (AVFCA), a certified functional medicine health coach, and a seasoned finance professional. For over two decades, she has emerged as a trusted community leader, advancing autism support from grassroots mobilization to a credible national presence. She designs and executes initiatives at every scale; public events, family trainings, individual coaching, practitioner workshops, and community forums, anchored in practical supports and measurable outcomes. At the Capitol and across California, she champions medical rights, informed choice, and clear, family-centered pathways to services. Bridging evidence based wellness with policy acumen, she translates complex systems into straightforward, actionable steps for families.

Barbara Day

Barbara Day, M.S., R.D. is a registered dietitian and nationally respected nutrition educator with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Nutrition and more than six decades of experience advancing healthy lifestyles across civilian, athletic, and military populations. She brings a rare blend of clinical expertise, performance nutrition leadership, media experience, and grassroots education to her role as an Advisor to The United Doctors of America.

Barbara has served in some of the most demanding performance environments in the country. Her professional background includes work as a research nutritionist with the military’s tri-service medical school, as well as a performance nutrition consultant to the U.S. Navy SEALs, supporting both BUD/S Training and West Coast Navy SEAL Teams. She also served as the nutrition performance consultant to the University of Louisville Athletic Department, helping elite athletes optimize performance through evidence-based nutrition strategies.

An accomplished author and educator, Barbara wrote Fast Facts on Fast Food for Fast People and the High Energy Eating: Sports Nutrition Workbook for Active People. Her work has been utilized by major collegiate athletic programs—including the University of Louisville, University of Tennessee Lady Vols, Tennessee football, LSU basketball—as well as professional teams such as the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns, and by the United States Navy SEALs.

Barbara is also a seasoned media and publishing professional. She is the former publisher of Kentuckiana HealthFitness Magazine and Kentuckiana Healthy Woman Magazine, and previously hosted the radio program “Health News You Can Use.” She currently serves as Chief Blog Organizer of DayByDayLiving.net, where she continues to translate nutrition science into practical, accessible guidance for everyday life.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Barbara is a lifelong advocate for active living and community leadership. She is a former runner and remains an avid walker, spinner, hiker, and pickleball player. She is also a devoted mother and grandmother to 13 grandchildren, grounding her work in real-world, multigenerational health priorities.

Barbara also serves on the Leadership Team of Moms for America as the Grammy Grizzlies National Group Leader, reflecting her commitment to family-centered health, education, and civic engagement.

Danny Bartolotta

Danny Bartolotta is a marketing and communications professional whose work sits at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and purpose. With years of experience in digital marketing and multimedia, he has helped both national brands and early-stage startups clarify their message, build authentic connections, and grow in an increasingly complex media landscape.


Danny’s academic path mirrors his multidisciplinary mindset. His graduate studies span business, organizational psychology, economics, and law, providing a foundation that informs how he approaches leadership, communication, and decision-making within mission-driven organizations.


Beyond his professional work, Danny is deeply committed to service and civic engagement. He currently serves on multiple nonprofit boards in both Michigan and California, where he lends his experience to support organizational growth, outreach, and long-term sustainability.


He is also a supporter of Big Dog Ranch Rescue, one of the nation’s largest cage-free, no-kill dog rescue organizations. The organization is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abused, neglected, and abandoned dogs, while advancing animal welfare through education and community engagement—an effort that reflects Danny’s broader commitment to causes that create tangible, positive impact. 

Andre Soriano

International Fashion Designer | MAHA Inaugural Ball Red Carpet Designer

Andre Soriano is an internationally renowned fashion designer celebrated for his glamorous, luxurious creations inspired by the timeless elegance of Old Hollywood. Known for his meticulous craftsmanship and his signature use of sumptuous materials—satin, velvet, chiffon, and intricate beadwork—Soriano has established himself as a leading figure in haute couture, bridal wear, evening gowns, and chic activewear.

His designs have dazzled audiences on prestigious runways including Paris, Milan, London, and Los Angeles Fashion Week, and have been featured in top publications such as Italian Vogue, Vanity Fair, and Elle. With appearances on major networks including NBC and Fox, as well as the fashion reality TV series Styled to Rock—executive produced by Rihanna and Pharrell Williams—Soriano has earned widespread acclaim and media attention.

With a career spanning nearly three decades, Soriano has dressed an impressive roster of celebrity clientele including Miley Cyrus, Ricky Rebel, Courtney Love, Joy Villa, Carly Rae Jepsen, and Macy Gray. His designs have also graced prominent political figures such as U.S. Rep. Anna Paulina Luna, U.S. Rep. Lauren Boebert, and Eric Bolling.

In 2025, Soriano brought his signature glamour to the MAHA Inaugural Ball Red Carpet, designing the official MAHA dress for Miss America Abbie Stockard, a show-stopping piece that blends patriotic symbolism with couture artistry.

After launching his first boutiques in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Diego, Soriano expanded his influence to the Washington, D.C. area with Andre Soriano Atelier, based in Occoquan, Virginia—continuing his mission to merge timeless style with cultural moments that make history.

Paula Obeid

Paula Obeid is a technologist, nonprofit leader, and systems strategist with over 20 years of experience in engineering, workforce development, and trauma-informed program design. A former Principal Engineer and co-founder of EmbeddedPlus Engineering, she has worked with Honeywell, Boeing, and multiple federal agencies. As an advisor to The United Doctors of America, Paula brings expertise in resilience, trauma-informed systems, and economic empowerment to support healthier communities and a more sustainable healthcare ecosystem.

Jacob Chase Garmon

Jacob is the Founder and CEO of The Garmon Organization, where he advocates for economic policies grounded in individual liberty, limited government, and true ownership. As an advisor to The United Doctors of America, he contributes an economic policy perspective to UDA’s educational mission, exploring how tax structures, regulation, and government overreach impact physician independence, healthcare affordability, and patient access. His work emphasizes practical, liberty-based solutions that support resilient communities and a sustainable healthcare system.
